However, if you use the “trunk, branch, root brush”,\u00a0<\/span>you can draw with amazing ease.<\/span><\/p>\n

Draw a complex roots tree with “Trunk, Branch, Root” brush materials<\/span><\/h2>\n

To draw a natural scenery, it will be more realistic when you refer to picture.<\/span>
\n Find your favorite photo first and draw a draft with reference to it.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There are four types (+a) of branch root brushes, and these can be use for combinations.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s start drawing the tree.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n First of all, draw the trunk which becomes the axis with the trunk brush.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In order to effectively use the trunk, branch, root brush,
\n make layers above(Front) and below(Bottom) the trunk.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Stroke the “large” and “small” brush<\/span>
\n to arrange the silhouette along the draft on the “Bottom of Trunk” <\/span>layer.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Then draw roots using “large”, “small”, and “smallest” brushes on the “Front of Trunk”<\/span> layer.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Modify the roots that on the trunk unnaturally and the tips of the broken roots.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Use a tone scrape brush (or spray) and cut the tip with a transparent color.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

For drawing on another layer, you can only scrape the unnecessary part without hurting the trunk.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Although omitted here,
\n drawing small roots (in red circles)<\/span> with another layer makes it easier to repair the seams.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Now hide the “Ground” layer (transparent part is displayed).

Draw soil and grass as the foundation<\/span> under the root white background (layer)<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

Draw small roots<\/span> between<\/span> the root white background<\/span> and the foundation<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

Add fallen leaves between<\/span> the small roots<\/span> and the foundation<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

Gradation is pasted on the front and the roots part,<\/span>

Because the small roots are too bright, shade with hatching from above.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Make a layer at the top,<\/span>
\n draw the roots at the front with “trunk, branch, root brush (horizontal line black)”.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

paste a gradation tone on the roots surface\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>by follow basics of perspective<\/span>,<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n (darker at the front ,thinner at the back).<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, I fix the seam of the root<\/span> that look unnaturally with white color.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Make a layer at the top<\/span>, draw some falling, dancing leaves.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Another layer at the bottom<\/span> and add fallen leaves behind the tree to complete.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the final layer composition.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Separated the layers for each step to make easier to modify this time.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

You can merge the layers after modify.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you use “Trunk, Branch, Root brush”,\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>the creation time of tree can be overwhelmingly shorten.<\/span>

If you register your tree drawing,<\/span>
\n the work efficiency can be improved for next time.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
